Set Production Bonus + LoGN's Ensorcelled Endowment Bonus Adjustments

With version 1.230, we made adjustments to some Set Buildings' "Set Production Bonuses", and we increased the Ancient Wonder Effect "Ensorcelled Endowment Bonus" from the Lighthouse of Good Neighbourhood (LoGN) by 25%.

- Ensorcelled Endowment Bonus from the Lighthouse of Good Neighbourhood AW:
   - Before: 12% (at level 1) to 120% (at level 35)
   - Now: 15% to 150%
- Higher Set Production Bonuses (list below*).

Earlier, the "Ensorcelled Endowment Bonus" was incorrectly behaving like a Boost (being applied to the total sum of base production AND Set Production Bonuses, instead of only to the base production), causing Set Buildings to produce more resources than intended, so we've recalibrated it for better balance with Non-Set Buildings.

To compensate for this nerf, we increased the strength of the AW effect by 25%, and we increased affected Set Production Bonuses.
These changes mean that, as long as they are not enchanted (or if you don't have the AW), some Set Buildings will produce more than before. But enchanted, while having the AW, these Set Buildings might produce less than before, depending on the AW level.


Example with LoGN AW at level 21 and Frost Carved Christmas Tree:
Before:
- Set Bonus Display: + 100% + 200%
- AW Effect: 100%
- Old calculation: (100% + 100% + 200%) * (100% + 100%) = 800%
- Mana production: (37K + 37K + 74K) * (100% + 100%) = 296K

Now:
- Set Bonus Display: + 150% + 250%
- AW Effect: 125%
- New calculation: (100% + 150% + 250% + 125%) = 625%
- Mana production: (37K + 55.5K + 92.5K + 46.25K) = 231.25K

With LoGN at lvl 35:
- Before: 325,6K
- Now: 240,5K

With LoGN at lvl 1:
- Before: 165,76K
- Now: 190,55K

As you can see from the example, those with high-level LoGN will have lower output on these specific buildings, even though the AW effect has higher numbers now, but on all other buildings in their city, these higher numbers will lead to more resources from the effect.

- Golden King: SPB increased by 100% (Mana)
Tranquil Gardens:
- Artistic Reverie: SPB increased by 80% (Seeds)
Redbeard Set:
- Redbeard's Kitchen: SPB increased by 50% (Seeds)
Dwarven Citadel:
- Temple of Sun and Moon: SPB increased by 100% (Orcs)
- Moon Vendor: SPB increased by 45% (Seeds)
Pilgrim's Manor:
- Pilgrim's Manor: SPB increased by 100% (Mana)
- Pilgrim's Plaza: SPB increased by 150% (Mana)
Forbidden Ruins:
- Forbidden Ruins: SPB increased by 85% (Mana)
- Sorcerers Feast: SPB increased by 100% (Mana)
Canopy of Seasons:
- The Blooming Light: SPB increased by 100% (Seeds)
- The Sleeping Root: SPB increased by 100% (Mana)
Floating Garden:
- Memory Lattice: SPB increased by 70% (Unurium)
- Delta Canal: SPB increased by 120% (Seeds)
- The Looming Falls: SPB increased by 70% ( Mana)
The Winter's Stage:
- The Act of Giving: SPB increased by 53% (Switchable Production)
- A Frosty Fugue: SPB increased by 195% (Seeds)
Woodelvenstock Set:
- Main Stage: SPB increased by 50% (Seeds)
Ancient Promise:
- Heart of Asim: SPB increased by 40% (Seeds)
Soul Experiments:
- Lanterns of Contemplation: SPB increased by 100% (Seeds)
- Soul Lab: SPB increased by 85% (Switchable Production)
Winter Market Set:
- Frost Carved Christmas Tree: SPB increased by 100% (Mana)
Snow Owls Set:
- Yeti Santas Christmas Factory: SPB increased by 100% (Seeds)
- Stable of the Snow Owl: SPB increased by 100% (Mana)
Winter Set:
- Frozen Fountain: SPB increased by 30% (Mana)
- Frozen Orc Vortex: SPB increased by 30% (Orcs)

Additional Productions in Buildings:
- Memorial of the Savior (Dwarven Citadel Set) now produces Seeds and offers slightly increased Culture.
- Secluded Pond (Forbidden Ruins Set) now produces Seeds and provides slightly more Culture and Population.
