How do I lock a guild conversation?

As a guild Leader, Founder or Moderator you can lock a conversation when you create it by clicking on "Lock Replies" on the bottom of the window. On existing conversations you can Lock a conversation by clicking on "Lock Thread" in the menu on the top left corner.
