The Cage allows you to hold imprisoned enemy Guardians and sacrifice them. You can capture an enemy Guardian if you have the Cage and both you and the enemy have a level 10 Palace (or higher). When you defeat an enemy army that has a Guardian assigned to it you have a chance of capturing it (this is both when attacking and defending).
Increasing the level of your Cage increases the number of enemy Guardians you can imprison, as well as your protection against your Guardian being captured by an enemy.
While you have a Guardian captured, its owner will always know where you are and you won't be able to shield!

Sacrifice Bonus
Once the cooldown time after capturing an enemy Guardian has run out you will be able to sacrifice the Guardian to gain special boosts! Guardians always have a chance to escape once the timer runs out so make sure you have enough Daggers to sacrifice them when the time comes.
