Can I help a new member with resources, so they grows faster and can be of better help for my alliance?

Yes, of course! Helping smaller alliance members is a big part of Grepolis, and sending resources is a good way to help.

However, please keep the game rules and restrictions for playing on the same device/connection in mind.
