How can I play the weekly culture cities events?

To be able to play the weekly culture city event you need to have reached the Bronze Age and unlocked the research 'Allied Cultured Events'. Once unlocked the weekly culture city event will be accessible via an icon/banner in the bottom right of your city overview.
