About Historic Battles

Historic Battles are special battle modes where you can earn Equipment items.

Each Historic Battle brings its own challenges and its own Equipment rewards. The higher the stage, the more valuable the Equipment you can earn, and the better the sets it comes from.


Open a Historic Battle and you'll see which hero classes are allowed to take part. To learn more about the battle itself, tap the "i" button or tap any of the adversaries.

Make the most of your heroes' strengths, whether that's their specific abilities or their color advantage over your enemies.


The battle overview shows you what to expect. For example, a red stun iconmeans the enemies there are weak to stun, and the same icon in your hero list marks the heroes with stun abilities, so you can match one to the other.

To start a battle you need aTime Key. Time Keys generate automatically over time, and you don't lose one if you lose a battle.


Some heroes are much stronger in selected Historic Battles, such as Joan of Arc in the Siege of Orléans.

When a hero is boosted this way, you'll see it listed among their passive abilities on the hero's ability screen.


Please note that individual Historic Battles are unlocked as you progress through the research tree.
