My Camp disappeared or lost progress

If your Camp or your progress is gone and you're starting again in the initial game tutorial, it is likely because one of the following happened:

The game app on your device was uninstalled and installed again.
Your progress was made on another device than you're currently using.
The device's cache and/or temporary files have been cleared.
