How do I transfer purchased and unused Sand Dollars to another game?

You can continue using your remaining Sand Dollars in Lost Survivors until 15 July, 2025, or you can choose to transfer your purchased and unused Sand Dollars to another game maintained by InnoGames. Eligible games are:

• Heroes of History
• Forge of Empires
• Rise of Cultures
• Sunrise Village
• Elvenar
• Grepolis
• Tribal Wars
• Tribal Wars 2
• The West

Please note that not all Sand Dollars can be transferred. You can transfer any purchased, unused Sand Dollars, as well as unused Sand Dollars earned in the game before 2 April, 2025. Sand Dollars earned in the game past 2 April, 2025 are not eligible for transfer.

If you wish to initiate a transfer, please contact our Support Team and provide the details of your account from another game, to which you wish to transfer the Sand Dollars. The details should include as many as possible from the following list:

• the game you'd like to transfer your premium to,
• the exact nickname in the other game,
• player ID of the other game, if you know it,
• the language version you play the other game in,
• the game world in which you play,

We will then remove the Sand Dollars from your Lost Survivors account and start the transfer process.
Please understand that we may get back to you with questions about your desired account, if we are unable to positively identify it. Once we have identified the account to which you want to transfer Sand Dollars from Lost Survivors, your balance on the target account will increase accordingly.

Please be aware that this process can take several days!

You will receive the equivalent of the same value. Keep in mind that different in-game currencies are not exchangeable 1:1. This means that e.g. 1000 Sand Dollars in Lost Survivors might not equal 1000 of another game's premium currency.
