How to report a video ad?

Sunrise Village may have video ads in its mobile apps. We believe that the video ads are worth watching, as they give you extra Energy or other rewards for doing so in our game. 

It is important to us that these ads are of high quality. To achieve this, we work together with our ad providers to show only ads that are appropriate for our audience, for example using filters and excluding certain categories of ads. However, despite our and our providers' best efforts, we do occassionally see ads that we wouldn't want to display in our games can slip through these nets.

We encourage you to report any ads that you consider problematic in any way to us, so that we can look into them. This could be a malfunctioning ad which e.g. freezes, or crashes the app. Or, it could be an ad that you deem inappropriate for what it advertises.

To report ads to us, please simply contact our support team by clicking the "Contact us" button on this page.

In your support ticket, please include as much as possible of the following information:
  • The date and time at which you saw the ad.
  • The name or title of the game, app, or service that was advertised.
  • One or more screenshots of the ad.

We will look into the reports that we receive, and will follow-up with our providers to ensure that any problematic ads are not shown in our games. We thank you very much for your help in ensuring the highest possible quality of video ads in our games!
