I have characters on all potential worlds to where I could move. What can I do?
In order to be able to use the migration option, you need to permanently delete your account on one of the worlds to where the migration is open. If you don't want to do so, we can suggest you to ask other players to help you by transferring your items to the respective world. Simply sell them via the market and then they sell back to you on after migration. However please do this only with players who you trust, the support team cannot help you if they don't give back you the items.
Items that cannot be sold on the market, cannot be transferred to other worlds. However, you can submit a request to our customer support to
transfer an item to any world to which the migration is open if you
have an active character on all worlds to where the migration is possible and you meet
all of the following requirements:
- The item was available only during a sale and now cannot be obtained,
- The item was bought with nuggets,
- The item cannot be sold on the market.
OR
- The item was obtained from a quest which is no longer available on the game,
- The item cannot be sold on the market.
OR
- The item is an event winner item (from Easter Event, Independence Day, Oktoberfest), which was received by winning one of our main events.
Please note that the support team is not obligated to transfer any item, as this is normally not possible, so they can anytime reject your request, even if you meet the mentioned criteria.
