Can I rotate buildings?

It's not possible to rotate buildings. But, if you have trouble rearranging your city, we do have some tips to make restructuring your city easier:

you can sell some of your existing buildings to open up some space;
you can rearrange the city to use the available area more efficiently;
you can complete scouted provinces to open more province expansions;
you can research and unlock new city expansions from your research tree;
you can buy premium expansions to open up more space in your city.
