Can I move my city? I do not have any active neighbors.

It can happen that your neighbors decide to leave the game, or generally become inactive and your area then starts to become less active. In order to bring you to a better place on the map, the game will move inactive players to a non-active zone on a weekly basis. This allows for new active players to fill the vacant places.

To move your city, the game needs to find you the most suitable place according to your Province Boosts. This is why your city movement may take a bit longer than that of your fellow members. When a spot becomes available, your city will be moved automatically. There will be no notification about this move.
Moving your city means that you will no longer have the same neighbors, which can impact your daily trading. You will, of course, continue to trade with Players who are in your fellowship.
