In order to validate an email account, you will need to click the confirmation link in the validation email that is sent to you upon registration. If you don't see this email in the inbox of the email address you put in, please search in the folder(s) of your mailbox, including the spam folder. If it's not there either, you can go to the settings of your account and request the system to send you a new one.
You can find this setting at the bottom right of the game, then click at Settings > Options > Email and Password.
