What is an Eldian Sapphire and what is it for?

What are the Eldian Sapphires?
The Eldian Sapphire is a new Spire of Eternity currency, produced in the capital of Eldoran, and encompasses a beautiful Sapphire in a coin-like casing.

Where can I get Eldian Sapphires?
Eldian Sapphires can be earned, mainly as a prize in the Spire of Eternity, but also as a reward for completing certain Quests or Technologies in the Research Tree (from Chapters 2 to 5).

What can I use them for?
You can use them to purchase certain Premium Culture Buildings instead of using Diamonds. In the event you don't have enough Eldian Sapphires, you can buy the missing amount using Diamonds.

Once you have gained Eldian Sapphires, you can find them in your Resources Overview.
