I lost my certificate for winning the world. Is it possible to get a new one?

Certificates are sent to the e-mail address associated to the account you were using at the time you won the world. Please make sure to check your inbox for this address to see if you can still locate it there. If you are unable to recover it by yourself, please follow this step by step guide:

• Contact the support team of your market
• Provide us the link to the entry in the hall of fame, containing your nickname on the list of winners. You can locate the hall of fame on the world selection screen once you are logged in. 
• Wait until the support team returns your message. Additional information may be requested before we can provide you with a new certificate
