How do I obtain research points?

You can obtain research points by upgrading the Academy. The higher your Academy level, the more technologies you can research. For every Academy level, you receive 4 research points. With higher level you can also research faster.

It is also possible to reset a research for one culture point which you can acquire in the Agora. The research points you get back can be used for new researches.
