What are Ghost Towns and how long does it take until inactive players become Ghosts?

If a player leaves the game and doesn't return, all their towns become ghost towns. This happens after 30 days of inactivity if there are no active advisors on the player's account. If the player had advisors activated, then the "ghosting" happens a couple days after the end of the advisors.
