Furnace and equipment

Improve your heroes and give them some clothes...or well some armor and weaponry!

We have added equipment and the furnace to the game, but what do they do you ask? The furnace is a special 4x4 building which can be built in your city. Once built it will produce a new resource called Embers.
Every day the furnace will produce a certain amount of embers based upon your age. Besides that, the furnace can be used to burn resources to create extra embers. Sick of your coins or research points? BURN IT! Every resource has a daily limit on the amount that can be burnt. This will reset daily so plan ahead!

Embers can be used to upgrade your equipment up to their maximum level to unlock their full potential. But how to get equipment and what kind of advantage does equipment give? By completing Historical battles you are able to get your hands on equipment. Historical battles exist in different tiers. The higher tiers have an increased chance to reward higher rarity gear. Higher rarity gear have a higher level cap and are therefor more powerful. Every piece of equipment will also have different attributes, based on their rarity. These attributes are rolled randomly independent on the gear, weapons may roll defensive attributes while armor may roll attack/damage attributes. Keep battling these historical battles and try your luck on getting the perfect gear! Equipment is split in different sets. When wearing enough items of the same set, your hero will receive a predefined bonus.
