Below, you can find more information about forced reloads and game crashes.
A forced reload is caused by a soft exception. The game detects an error, displays an error message, and reloads.
Soft exceptions usually have a clear trigger. For example, if the amount of resources shown in the game is not synchronized with the server and you try to spend them, the game detects the mismatch and reloads. After the reload, the correct amount is shown.
Please include the error message in your report, as it can help us understand what happened.
A game crash is caused by a hard exception. The app closes unexpectedly without displaying an in-game error message.
When playing in a browser, you may instead see a browser warning, such as an out-of-memory message.
Game crashes are less common than forced reloads.
