My gems are missing, I might have spent them unconsciously

Gem transactions in the game are final and, in most cases, can't be reversed, even if a purchase wasn't intentional.

To make sure this never happens, we strongly advise to not disable your gems spending notification. This is active by default.


If you disabled this confirmation popup by mistake, you can enable again following the instructions below. Turning this setting on means you'll always get a prompt to confirm before any gems are spent.

1. Expand the bottom menu and tap your player avatar on the right.


2. Select the Settings tab on the left.

3. Make sure Gems Spending Confirmation is turned ON.


If you're unsure what happened to your gems, please contact our Support team from the in-game settings. To help us investigate faster, let us know approximately when you noticed the gems missing.
