How to report inappropriate content

Offensive content such as chat messages, player and alliance names, or Atlantis markers can be reported directly in the game.

Chat messages

Tap the ⋮ (vertical ellipsis) in the top-right corner of a message and choose Report or Block player.

To unblock someone later, tap the gear icon at the top of the chat, next to the X.


Profiles and markers

If a player or alliance name looks inappropriate, open the profile and tap the flag icon at the top. The same works for Atlantis markers with inappropriate content.


After you select the report option, a window opens where you can add a reason to help us understand what's wrong. Your report then comes straight to us, with no need to create a support ticket.
