When will older seasonal heroes be available again?

All previously available seasonal heroes may have their moment in the spotlight again at some point.

Older heroes can return through events or promotions, and a few are also added to the common portals some time after their release.

There's no fixed cadence behind it, though. Which heroes return, and when, is decided as part of week-to-week and month-to-month planning rather than a set rotation.
