How do I get Research Points?

Research Points are generated continuously, one per hour, until you reach 10 of them.

The autogenerating will then stop. Research Points are also available as rewards, in different areas of the game - for example in incidents. You can have more than 10 unspent Research Points, but their autogenerating will not resume, until you get to the maximum of 9 Research Points.
