How do I create my own alliance?

If you’re a leader, you can create a brand-new alliance instead of joining one. 
Select ‘Create Alliance’ in the Alliance Center screen:

Keep in mind that it will cost some Research Points.
Come up with a creative name and a description, and select the primary language spoken in your alliance.  
Finally, select a crest and the color best symbolizing what you’re trying to build:
 
Voila - it’s done!
