Playing on iOS older than iOS version 15

Rise of Cultures is constantly updated to improve your playing experience.
To maintain the high quality of the game, we will not be able to continue making the app and updates available for iOS versions older than iOS 15 after September 14th, 2026.
If you currently use an older iOS version, please update to version 15 or above to be able to continue playing on your device.

FAQ

Will shop purchases be disabled for players on iOS versions older than 15?
Shop purchases will not be disabled. If you switch to another device at any point and continue playing the same game account, the content of previously made purchases will continue being available to you, without disruption.

Will refunds be offered to players on iOS versions under 15 who cannot upgrade to iOS 15+?
If you require a refund, one can be offered to you if you contact Apple directly. Your account in Rise of Cultures remains unaffected and you can continue playing it on another device. If you would like to switch to Android or a desktop version, and are not sure how to do it, please contact us for assistance.

Will accounts of players on older iOS versions be deleted?
There will be no additional, special deletion for accounts on older iOS versions. Your account is by default kept on our servers and you can get back to it from another device later.

Will switching to another iOS device, an Android device, or a desktop device be possible?
You can switch to another iOS device and load your progress there by connection to your Game Center account. You can also switch to an Android device or to a desktop device such as Mac or PC by registering your account in the settings screen, and then utilizing the login credentials. If you're not sure how to do it, please contact our support team.
