Game Crashes
Some players using certain types of devices are experiencing crashes and similar issues when trying to play our game or when watching Ads.
We kindly suggest that you try to reduce the graphics settings you have currently which you can do from the settings page. If they are set to ultra you may need to set them to low, medium, or high depending on your device's performance.
In addition, make sure you have sufficient memory, so that your device can run the app smoothly. It may be that you have to delete some other apps in order to free storage on your device. Below you can find instructions on how to check your current storage status.

Lastly, please close all apps, and restart the game to see if this fixes the problem on your end.
