How to Change Team Leader
Occasionally, teams find that their leader isn't able to continue leading the team.
In these circumstances, a player in the team needs to send a message to the Game Support team. This can be done by pressing the green 'Support' button in the ingame settings, and then let us know the problem.
The Sunrise Village team have the following policy that is adhered to in all team situations:
- The team leader will only be adjusted by us if there has been no activity in at least 30 days
- If this is the case, the team leader will be replaced by an active co-leader, or if there isn't one, another member of the team
In all situations, when the word 'activity' is used this refers to an ingame action taking place. This could be in any part of Sunrise Village gameplay and isn't specifically relating to the Team Exploration part of gameplay.If you wish to query the activity of your team leader, please use the green Support button ingame to discuss the matter with our Game Supporters!
