Can I change my nickname?
We are sorry, but there is no on-demand nickname change functionality. You can, however, submit a request to the customer support in the following situations:
- Your nickname contains personal information (like full email, full name and last name, etc).
- Your nickname is inappropriate or is otherwise violating our rules.
- Changing the nickname is necessary for technical reasons.
- Only on the International servers: we offer a one-time name change for players merging from closing markets who wish to use their nickname from the EN market on the merged account, or for players who created a character by mistake instead of merging and want to make the name available again.
We are really sorry, but we cannot change your nickname in other cases.
