What are cosmetic items and how do I change my name's color?

Cosmetic items change the appearance of your name in rankings and your profile on a given world with a specific color or effect.
There are several types of cosmetic scrolls available in various rarities:

These items don't disappear after use and can be activated or deactivated at any time. You can also send them as gifts to your friends!
