Why is there a green badge with a + on some menus?

The green badge may appear on three menus accessible from the buttons in your main menu on the left.

• Forge: This indicates that items can be upgraded.
• Army: You have enough Shards to promote a regiment.
• Upgrade: Some regiments can be upgraded with one or more available Upgrade Cards.
