What's it like being a Beta Ingame Moderator?

A Beta Moderator is an integral part of our team, led and trained by the Community Manager. A good team attitude is essential as we help and support each other. As a moderator, you are a volunteer working in the Forge of Empires Beta Team. You will be handling support tickets sent in by players who found bugs or have questions about the game, following up on bug reports and testing new game features. You will also work in a dedicated team and do a little extra for the game you love.
Keep in mind that this is the Beta server. Our focus is first and foremost on testing new game versions, collecting reported bugs, and sending those reports to our development team at InnoGames as fast as possible as well as on gathering the first community feedback on updates and new game features.

As a Beta Moderator, you may be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Answering questions sent in by players.
• Be able to respond to tickets within 4 hours.
• Offering help and advice to the community.
• Detecting and testing bugs to be sent to the development team.
• Testing game updates for bugs before the live release.
