What's it like being a Beta Ingame Moderator?

As a Beta Ingame Moderator, you'll be an essential part of our team, guided and trained by the Community Manager. We thrive on teamwork, supporting each other to achieve our goals. As a volunteer, you'll work closely with the Forge of Empires Beta Team, handling support tickets from players who discover bugs or have game-related questions, following up on bug reports, and testing new game features. You'll be doing a little extra for the game you love, making a significant impact.

Being part of the Beta server means our primary focus is on testing new game versions, collecting reported bugs, and quickly relaying them to our development team at InnoGames. Additionally, you'll gather the first community feedback on updates and new features, ensuring we deliver the best possible gaming experience.

As a Beta Moderator, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Answering Player Questions: Provide timely and helpful responses to player inquiries.
• Handling Support Tickets: Respond to tickets within 4 hours, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Offering Community Support: Assist and advise the community, fostering a positive environment.
• Detecting and Reporting Bugs: Identify and test bugs, then report them to the development team.
• Testing Game Updates: Playtest new game updates for bugs before their live release, ensuring a smooth rollout.
