The following page provides a detailed description of the Event Manager position. In this position, you will help organize and conduct various events in The West (e.g. Fort Fights, Speed Events, Forum contests etc.).
Your mission:
- Plan. Work together with our Event Team on creating new event and contest plans for our Speed Servers, Forums and Worlds.
- Approve. Be the one who approves ideas submitted by players and helps bring them to life.
- Organize and coordinate. Be the organizer of already planned events, actively involving yourself in their preparation and management.
- Supervise and manage events. Ensure everything runs smoothly, be present for the community, listen to feedback, answer questions, and ensure rules are followed.
- Age. You are at least 18 years old.
- Game experience. You have advanced knowledge, understanding, and experience in The West. It is an advantage if you have participated in our contests in the past.
- Activity. A few hours of daily online presence are common for you.
- Communication skills. It is part of the package — you don't fall below the standard of excellence when it comes to communication in English.
- Problem solving. You have creative problem-solving skills.
- Cooperation is key! Be a team player, work together with others. Be polite, patient, and open to new things.
