Your mission:

• Support. Work together with our Fort Balancing and Community Management Team to resolve player complaints regarding abusive battle declarations and other requests pertaining to declared battles.
• Plan. Assist in the declaration and management of battle declarations by Henry Walker NPC and *Sheriff John NPC*
• Strategize. Analyze battles, communicate with player representatives, and explore mechanism for assisting the community in improving the quality of fort battles.
• Listen to the feedback! Make our players' wishes come true, follow their feedback and improve accordingly!

Your profile:

• Age. You are at least 18 years old.
• Gaming experience. You have a high knowledge, understanding and experience of The West. 
• Activity. Several hours of online presence on a daily basis is something usual for you. 
• Communication skills. It comes with the package — you don’t go below the excellence mark when it comes to communication, and it should be flawless in English.
• Problem solving. Creative problem solving skills;
• Cooperation is the key! Be a team player, work together with others. Be polite, patient and open to new things.
