Your mission:

• Player-oriented policy. You provide fast, correct, and high-quality responses to received support requests. 
• Technical support. Investigating potential errors and assisting players with technical issues. 
• Justice. Investigating potential violations and treating all players equally according to our policies.
• Listen to feedback! Turn our players' wishes into reality and pass on their feedback!

Your profile:

• Age. You are at least 18 years old.
• Game experience. You have advanced knowledge, understanding, and experience in The West. 
• Activity. A few hours of daily online presence are common for you. 
• Communication skills. It is part of the package — you don't fall below the mark of excellence when it comes to communication in English.
• Problem solving. You have creative problem-solving skills. 
• Cooperation is key! Be a team player, work together with others. Be polite, patient, and open to new things.
