In-game Moderators play an important role in supporting the community and improving the player experience. You'll work alongside a team of passionate players, guided and trained by the Community Managers, contributing directly to the daily life of the game's community.
Whether you're a long-time veteran or a motivated player eager to get more involved, what matters most is your reliability, attitude, and willingness to help others.

- Answer player questions and support requests via ticket
- Help players resolve gameplay issues
- Support the team in identifying and escalating potential rule violations
- Report bugs and gameplay issues to the team
- Respond to tickets within a reasonable timeframe
What We're Looking For
We're looking for players who care about the community and want to make a positive impact. Strong game knowledge is important, but attitude, communication, and consistency matter just as much.
To apply, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have solid knowledge of Tribal Wars 2
- Have strong written English skills
- Be available daily to check player enquiries and contribute at least 1 hour per day
- Be willing to use our team communication tools
