We're looking for passionate, dedicated players to join our volunteer moderation team. If you're at least 18 years old, enjoy teamwork, and want to help shape a positive player experience, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Being part of the Tribal Wars 2 team means contributing to a global community, working alongside other motivated players, and helping make the game better for everyone.
Who We Are
Behind the scenes, a group of committed volunteers and community leaders work together to support players and maintain welcoming community spaces. Our team includes:
- Community Manager
- In-game Moderators
- Forum Moderators
In-game Moderator
In-game Moderators are on the front line of player support. Working closely with the Community Manager and your fellow moderators, you'll help players resolve issues and contribute to a better overall game experience.
The role can be fast-paced, but it's also rewarding, collaborative, and a great way to deepen your connection with the game and its community.
What you'll do:
- Answer player questions and support requests via ticket
- Support the team in identifying and escalating potential rule violations
- Respond to tickets within a reasonable timeframe
- Report bugs and gameplay issues to the team
Forum Moderator
Our forums are where the Tribal Wars 2 community comes together to share strategies, give feedback, and connect. As a Forum Moderator, you help keep these spaces friendly, constructive, and helpful for everyone.
Working alongside the Community Manager and moderation team, you'll guide discussions, assist players, and help ensure the rules are followed.
What you'll do:
- Moderate forum discussions in line with community guidelines
- Answer player questions and engage in community conversations
- Support the team in identifying and escalating potential rule violations
- Forward community feedback to the wider team
What we're looking for

All roles focus on supporting players, so patience, empathy, and clear communication are essential.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Tribal Wars 2
- Minimum age of 18
- Strong written English skills
- Availability to contribute at least 1 hour per day in your chosen role
- A history of responsible conduct within the game
- Willingness to use our team communication tools
