Can I move my city? I do not have any active neighbors.

Elvenar does allow for city movement, but only once per week and through our automated city movement process. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that you will be moved. A lot of factors go into movement; such as your Boosted Goods. If a better position is available, the game will move your city.
