St Patrick's Event 2025: Mechanics

The Factories

The Factories form the core of the event's gameplay - you need to generate goods in the factories and then collect those goods with the Shipyard and the Festival.

	The Festival The Festival is where you sell all your goods and get shamrocks in return. The Festival is the final cog in the wheel - only once your Festival generates the Shamrocks and adds them to your total will you be able to use those Shamrocks to advance to the next town.
	The Shipyard The Shipyard is where you maintain your Ferry. Once your Factories have generated their goods, your Ferry will ship them to the Festival. The more you upgrade your ferry, the more goods it can transport across the river and the faster it sails.
	Hat Factory The Hat Factory is the first factory unlocked in the event. This factory is free to unlock.
	Flower Factory The Flower Factory is the second factory unlocked in the event. The Flower Factory costs 1.1K to unlock once available.
	Cake Factory The Cake Factory is the third factory unlocked in the event. The Cake Factory costs 1.2M to unlock once available.
	Drinks Factory The Drinks Factory is the fourth factory unlocked in the event. The Drinks Factory costs 1.6B to unlock once available.
	Fireworks Factory The Fireworks Factory is the fifth factory unlocked in the event. The Fireworks Factory costs 111B to unlock once available.

Hiring Managers

Once you have a steady stream of Shamrocks flowing, it’s time to take a load off and let managers handle the hard work! Hiring managers is the key to automating your town’s operations, allowing you to focus on the bigger picture while they boost your productivity and efficiency. Say goodbye to micromanagement and hello to smooth sailing through the event!

Managers can be assigned to both your Factories and your Shipyard, as well as to the Festival itself. Simply click the top hat icon next to the Factory you want to automate, and a popup will let you hire and upgrade a manager for that site. Each manager level increases their effectiveness, offering boosts to production output or reducing production cycle times.

Level up your Managers

While Level 1 managers are budget-friendly, the cost increases significantly as you upgrade them. Balancing your Pots of Gold wisely is crucial to keeping your town running efficiently.

Boost Manager Levels with Ease

Want to save even more time? Use the Quick Promotion Booster from the Rival Challenges to upgrade a manager by one level instantly, without spending additional Pots of Gold. It’s a handy way to give your team an extra edge during the event.

Tip: Plan Ahead for Multiple Towns! Remember, you’ll be overseeing preparations for several towns during the St. Patrick’s Day event. To reach the top level of the main reward building, you’ll need to pace yourself and distribute your Pots of Gold wisely across towns. Don’t spend all your resources in one place—think strategically to achieve maximum rewards

What do the numbers mean?

1M? 8.4Q? What does it all mean? Here is the breakdown:

(1M) 1 million	1000 x 1 Thousand
(1B) 1 billion	1000 x 1 Million
(1T)1 trillion	1000 x 1 Billion
(1Q) 1 quadrillion	1000 x 1 Trillion

So if that 8.4Q button to move to the next town isn't lighting up, check your accumulated Shamrocks and make sure you have enough!

These handy tools can be earned by completing tasks in the Rival Challenges held during the event. And to get you started, you’ll begin the event with one of each booster to try them out! So, how do they work?
