I forgot my username. What can I do?

If you still know the e-mail address attached to your account, you can login with the e-mail address and your password. You should see one of these two options:

After your login you can open your profile and look at the displayed name: this is your username!

I forgot both, username and e-mail address. What can I do now?

Please submit a ticket to the Forge of Empires Support in order to get assistance with this matter.

When contacting them, please provide as much of the following information:

  • The name of your character (or parts of it) e.g. Agatha ... the brave
  • The name of the world(s) you played on
  • The name of the guild you entered
  • The name of guildmates or friends
