If your city or your progress is gone and you're starting again in Stone Age, various reasons could be the cause of it. If none of those explanations help you, then please contact our Support.
1. Please check if you're logged in on the correct world
It can happen, that you by accident created a new world while logging into your account. On every new world you also start again from scratch in Stone Age. In order to switch back to your main world again, open the settings in the left quick slot bar:
You can see on top on which world you're currently logged in and switch without the need to relog to another world by pressing the option 'Select World'.
A window will open, were you can choose between already existing worlds or enter a new one.
2. Please check if you're logged in with the correct account
It can happen, that you created a new (guest-) account by accident. In order to find out, if this happened check your current user name in your player profile. In order to open your player profile tab on the Town Hall and then select 'Profile':
Now check, if the displayed name in the profile is the same one, as of the account you normally play. If not, you created a new account by accident. In order to log back into your own account, please open the settings in the left bar and then select 'Logout'.
Now type in your credentials in the login screen (username and password). If you don't know them anymore, please contact our Support.
3. Please check if you're logged in on the correct market
It can happen, that you switched languages and now are logging in to the wrong market. Every time you switch the language you'll create a new world and therefore start at Stone Age again. Log out from the current account (via the settings from left quick slot bar). Back at the login screen, please check in the upper right corner, if you selected the right language version.
If you're normally playing on the US market but the UK flag is displayed, then you're logged in on the wrong market. Tap on the flag symbol and then selected the desired market.
