My app keeps crashing. What can I do?

If your app keeps crashing or does not load properly, you can do the following:

Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the game that is available in the store.
Close any apps that might be running in the background and that you don't use to free up some memory.
Make sure your Internet connection is good enough. Try running the app using a WiFi connection if it keeps crashing or reacts slowly.
Sometimes, uninstalling and then re-installing the app helps to clean the installation on your phone. When doing so, please make sure that your account has been registered first, or your progress will be lost!
