Diamond Pricing Alignment

New Diamond Payouts

With the advent of DTC (Direct to Consumer), we're taking the opportunity to align our Diamond payouts across all stores. Over time, payout structures had become increasingly complex across regions and platforms. From now on, every Diamond and event bundle will contain the same base payout, and you'll get an extra bonus amount depending on where you purchase; this will also apply to packages. This ensures that you will always get fair value, no matter your location or platform.

What's Changing?

Before:
Diamond payout varied by store (Browser, AppStore, GooglePlay, Microsoft Store) and location.

Now:
All bundles include the same base Diamond payout, regardless of store or region. On top of this, we’re adding a bonus Diamond amount to account for differences in platform fees and currency value.
This bonus also applies to non-Diamond packages (such as item-only ones): their item contents remain unchanged, but they now include the bonus Diamonds to make them even more attractive.

Why This Matters

Different platforms, like the mobile app stores, charge us different fees, and currencies can vary by region. Instead of hiding this behind uneven payouts, we're making it clear: you'll always see the same base Diamonds in our bundles, with any necessary bonus added transparently.

What This Means for You

• No matter where you play, bundles start from the same fair base.
• You'll see bonus Diamonds added depending on which platform you purchase on.
• Prices stay the same, but now it's easier to see the value you're getting.

What About Bonus Diamond Campaigns?

The percentage multiplier offered by these campaigns will only apply to the base Diamond amount.

What About Subscriptions?

Subscriptions will not be affected by this change and simply remain as they are.

We believe this makes Diamond bundles fairer, clearer, and better for everyone; whilst simultaneously increasing the value of our packages.

Depending on platform and currency, in some cases this alignment may result in lower payouts than before, while in some others you'll see slight increases. Browser purchases still offer the best value overall, now presented more clearly, and the bonus also applies to packages, making them more rewarding as well.
