BackHappiness Quest - Polished building did not count towards quest
Some quests will require you to increase your overall City's happiness by a given amount. Please note, only the base value of a building counts towards fulfilling the requirements in these quests. This means that a polished building's doubled happiness does not count towards a quest. Similarly, happiness provided by connecting Set Buildings also does not count towards the quest requirement.
