I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you forgot your password, you can always reset it on the login page or: use the 'Forgot your password?' link. You should see one of these two options:

The system will then automatically send you an e-mail with further instructions for resetting your password. Please also check your spam folder, if you didn't receive any e-mail.

If you always logged in via Facebook or still have a Guest Account it may be the case, that you have a system generated e-mail and therefore can't recover your password. In this case please contact our support.

They will exchange the system generated e-mail in your account with a real e-mail you've given us, so you can reset your password as stated above.

When contacting them, please also include as much as possible of the following information:

(We need this information to verify, that you're the owner of the account)

• Your Account name
• Your Facebook-ID (if logged in with Facebook)
• The world(s) you played on
• Your age and your progress in the research tree
• The amount of unspent Diamonds on the account
• The number of at least one good in your stock
• The name of at least two of your friends in your friend list
• The name of at least one building in your inventory
• The name of at least one building you placed last in your city
• The amount of Blueprints you have for at least one Great Building
