How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password on the login screen if you tap on 'Forgot your password?' or directly use the 'Forgot your password?' link.

A window will open, where you can either enter your e-mail address or your player name:

The system will then automatically send you an e-mail with further instructions for resetting your password. Please also check your spam folder, if you didn't receive any e-mail.

If you always logged in via Facebook or still have a Guest Account it may be the case, that you have a system generated e-mail and therefore can't recover your password. In this case please contact our support.

They will exchange the system generated e-mail in your account with a real e-mail you've given us, so you can reset your password as stated above.

When contacting them, please also include as much as possible of the following information (we need this information to verify, that you're the owner of the account):

• Your Account name
• Your Facebook-ID (if logged in with Facebook)
• The world(s) you played on
• Your age and your progress in the research tree
• The amount of unspent Diamonds on the account
• The number of at least one good in your stock
• The name of at least two of your friends in your friend list
• The name of at least one building in your inventory
• The name of at least one building you placed last in your city
• The amount of Blueprints you have for at least one Great Building
