The Shuffle Board
- Kick off your winter adventure by collecting Wooden Bells through completing Event Quests and finding Incidents around your city!
- You’ll spend 10 Wooden Bells each time you visit a house on the Shuffle Board.
- Each cozy, snow-covered home hides a prize — coins, supplies, fragments, boosters, or Snowman Parts. Every visit also earns 1–2 Event Pass points, helping you unlock even more seasonal rewards!
New Features
- More Houses: 16 per board instead of 14 — that’s more rewards per shuffle!
- Board Reset Timer: A small countdown now shows when your board will reset automatically.
- New House Visuals: Bright houses mean “ready to visit.” Once you’ve collected the reward, the house goes dark to show it’s done.
The Super Board
Uncover Snowmen on a regular board to build up to a Super Board. When you collect all three Snowman Parts on a regular board, your next board automatically becomes a Super Board!
| Tip: When you have found 3 Snowmen, make sure you are ready for the Super Board – complete your current board to automatically trigger the Super Board! Keep an eye on the board reset timer - the daily refresh will also reset the Super Board! |
The Super Board is your reward for steady progress — a special version of the Shuffle Board with:
- No Shuffles: You can safely open every house without fear of landing on a Shuffle.
- Extra Special Rewards: Two Show Two and two Double Payout tiles guaranteed.
- Bigger Grand Prize Boost: Each house grants 2–4 Grand Prize progress points.
- Festive Visuals: A snow-covered background and gentle falling snow bring the magic of winter to life.
- 16 Houses to open, just like the regular board.
| Tip: Save Boosters for the Super Board! Because the Super Board guarantees high-value rewards and no shuffle risk, it’s the perfect place to use your Double Payout or Sleigh Combo boosters for maximum value. |
Winter Boosters
Boosters give you extra ways to shape the board and target the prizes you want most.
| Snowball Blast
|
Throw a frosty snowball to clear away ordinary filler rewards and shuffles. Special rewards — like Show Two, Double Payout, Lantern Coins, Starlight Coins and Snowman Parts — stay untouched, giving you a clearer view of where the best prizes are hiding.
Tip: Use Snowball Blast when your board starts getting cluttered with low-value prizes or too risky with shuffle tile. |
| Toy Radar

Activating this clever gadget reveals all the hidden special rewards on your board — including Shuffle, Show Two, and Double Payout tiles.
Tip: Use it to plan your route, avoid early resets, and target the rewards you want most. |
| Sleigh Combo
|
A merry mix of fun and fortune! Visit one house for free, gain double rewards, and reveal two more prizes as you go.
Tip: Pair Sleigh Combo with Double Payout when possible — the rewards stack, creating one of the best payout chains in the entire event! |
The Piggy Bank - Winter Memories
As you explore the village, you may spot a Photo icon on certain special houses — this marks a Winter Memory!
- Pick one for free.
- Spend Diamonds to claim both.
- Re-roll for Diamonds, if the options don’t suit you!
| Tip: Try to max out your Piggy Bank before redeeming it — the fuller it is, the better your deal on Diamonds when claiming both bonus rewards. |
The Winter Calendar
Celebrate each day with a new gift from the Winter Calendar — each frosted window hides a seasonal surprise and all you need is the Key!
You can find Calendar Keys while visiting houses in the Winter Village or in the Winter Memories!- Open one door each day to reveal that day’s reward.
- Missed a day? Combine Master Key Parts into extra keys to unlock missed doors.
- Some lucky players might find both a Daily Key and a Master Key Part in the same drop!
Unlocking every window grants access to the Calendar Chest, packed with powerful rewards and festive surprises.
| Tip: Don’t forget to open the calendar every day — even if you can’t play much, collecting your daily door ensures you’ll stay on track for the Calendar Chest. |
The Item Stores
New for 2025, the Item Store replaces Daily Specials and gives you full control over your seasonal rewards! While visiting houses, you’ll earn two new currencies:
Lantern Coins – found on both the normal and Super Boards, and inside the Winter Memories.
Starlight Coins – found on the Super Board and inside the Winter Memories.
You can spend these in two new Item Stores:

To open the Item Store, click the Store icon in the bottom-right corner of the Event window.
| Tip: Check the Item Store each day before spending your tokens — some discounts appear only after the Daily Refresh! The Starlight Lounge’s weekly free item is Lantern Coins — make sure you claim them before the next refresh! |
