7. Rules & interaction with other players

Where can I read the game rules? I believe that one of the players is breaking the rules of the game. What can I do? How do I report in-game messages? There is a player calling me names. Can you please punish him? Can I play more than one account on the same world? Can a friend in my alliance use my account while I'm offline? If I report a player, will he know who reported him? Can I know what ban you gave to the player I reported? The account of my friend/alliance member was banned. Can you tell me the reason for the ban? Can I play from my friend's computer? I cannot attack someone. The game says I have a shared connection with him, but I don't. I have a shared connection with another player. Can we both build the World Wonders? I want to offer my help to other players and protect them, but they should give me gold for it. Is that allowed?
