The account of my friend/alliance member was banned. Can you tell me the reason for the ban?

No, only the banned player can know the reason for his account's ban and only this player can send us an appeal.

If you want to know why your friend's account was banned, you can ask the player himself - we cannot provide this kind of info as this information is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

Please also note, it is not permitted to discuss ban cases on the game forums and our social media as per the rules of the respective channel.
