Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data via the Data Management screen. Please note that the deletion process takes several days.

1. Open the MENU to display the bottom bar, then tap your player picture in the bottom-right corner.

2. Select theac22e9ed7653610171bdf7475cd8f787Account tab in the left sidebar.

3. Tap the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button.

If your account is registered, you will be redirected to the Data Management screen.
There, enter your email address and tap "Send confirmation email".

After logging in successfully, you will be able to review all accounts registered with your email address across all InnoGames titles. Select the relevant game account and follow the Delete account option.

Once you complete this process, your account will be deleted within a few days (usually 7).

Note: If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion by logging in within the next few days.
