What happens when I receive a hero that I already have (Awakening)?

In the situation that you receive a hero that you already have, this hero will be converted to a special awakening token which can be used to enhance your hero.
Heroes can be awakened up to 5 times, enhancing key stats and boosting their power. To awaken a hero, you'll need a Duplicate Token for that hero, which you can obtain by summoning the same hero multiple times through the Hero Portal. Each awakening increases the hero's Awaken Level and enhances specific stats. To awaken your hero, go to your hero overview, select the hero and click on the awaken icon.
Remember, duplicate tokens can only be used for Awakening initially. Once a hero is fully awakened, you can use any additional duplicate tokens as XP substitutes for leveling up heroes.
